Job Description
We are Currently Seeking
FULL TIME IN-HOME APPLIANCE SERVICE TECHNICIANS to conduct
IN-HOME SERVICE for our CUSTOMERS serving the following locations in:
SUFFOLK COUNTY, LONG ISLAND
NEW YORK
PATCHOGUE AREA
RIVERHEAD AREA
This position includes, but is not limited to:
- Traveling to a customer's home to diagnose and repair a full line of appliances with the use of a Company van, mobile phone, uniforms, laptop computer, any necessary parts and all the specialty tools necessary to complete the repairs needed.
- Providing superior customer service while working in the customer's home and upholding the P.C. Richard & Son 110 year reputation of 'Honesty, Integrity and Reliability.'
Job Requirements
*The ideal candidate must be motivated to create a good service experience for our customers and to build customer loyalty for future business
- Applicants must be CFC certified
- Applicants must have minimum 3 years experience in repairing all types of appliances
- Must have good driving record.
- Must have own hand tools.
- Must have basic computer knowledge and skills.
*Top earners make $100k+
