CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
for our fast-paced
CUSTOMER CALL CENTER
located at:
200 Price Parkway
Farmingdale, Long Island, NY


The Customer Service Representative position requires positive interaction with our customers, showroom personnel and outside service providers.


Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones in a high-volume inbound call center
  • Placing service calls
  • Using Zendesk ticketing system to speed problem resolution

Job Requirements

Full Time

2 Shifts Available: Monday-Saturday (total 5 scheduled days per week)

Monday-Friday

9:00-6:00pm or 10:00-7:00pm 

Saturday

9:00-2:00pm 


The ideal candidate must be detail oriented and possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

  • Customer service and data entry experience required.
  • High volume call center experience a plus.
