Job Requirements of In House Counsel:
This position is Full-Time On-Site at the Company’s Headquarters in Farmingdale, Long Island.
Salary Range $150-200k
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of New York.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Business-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

We are seeking a proactive and skilled In-House Legal Counsel to join our team and provide strategic legal advice to support our operations, manage risk, and ensure compliance across all facets of our business located at our:
Corporate Headquarters
150 Price Parkway
Farmingdale, NY
This Position includes but is not limited to:
The In-House Legal Counsel will serve as a key legal advisor to the executive team, providing expert counsel on a wide range of legal issues, including contracts, regulatory compliance, employment law, corporate governance, commercial leasing, and dispute resolution. This role requires strong business acumen and the ability to offer practical, solution-oriented legal guidance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including commercial agreements, leases, NDA’s, and vendor contracts.
- Advise on legal and regulatory issues impacting the business, including labor laws, consumer privacy regulations, and retail industry-specific compliance.
- Manage and oversee any litigation or legal disputes in coordination with external counsel, including insurance and risk management matters.
- Provide legal guidance on new business initiatives and risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain company policies to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor legal trends and developments to proactively address potential impacts on the business.
