The Customer Service Representative position requires positive interaction with our customers, showroom personnel and outside service providers.

This job includes, but is not limited to:

  • Answering phones in a high-volume inbound call center
  • Placing service calls
  • Using Zendesk ticketing system to speed problem resolution

Job Requirements

Full Time

Monday-Saturday (total 5 scheduled days per week)
 9:00-6:00pm Monday-Friday; 9-5 Saturday
  • The ideal candidate must be detail oriented and possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service and data entry experience required.
  • High volume call center experience a plus.
